help please on E2

thanks for reading this and any help / guidance would be great.

i have been off the sat scene for about 6 months now so im not sure whats hot and whats not so to speak.
i could spend days weeks and possibly even months reading through al the post on here, but by asking the question myself it would save me a lot of time.

1. what is the best E2 to flash ipbox 9000 with?

2. does it auto update the keys like my old E1 image did? or do you have to put them in manually via ftp? if so do you use the dreambox keys?

in flash you can install last sif team extreme here : enigma2.sifteam
and everything image e2 you want in usb.
there is keydownloader named satangels & finally the keys from dreambox like softcam are same
