Please I would like to know if I am supposed to receive channels on my Clarke-tech 3100HD which are DVB-S2 clear as I have good signal from Astre 28e but do not get the picture.I have a signal of 60 and can hear the sound stuttering but no picture.This happens only on these channels. Is this receiver compatible with DVB-S2? What can I do please.
