Just re download it from the plugins menu if it has disappeared.
Make sure it is not just turned off by pressing blue button on remote, go into the soft cam and ensure cccam is enabled and turned on.
I am not in front of my tv to check exactly, but that should be about right for most images.
When asking about the Nano, it helps to let everyone know what image you are using.
