Help for Starsat 650

If anyone can open Bulsatcom / Polaris (39 ° E) at the 650th StarSat I am testing Softcom from this forum but no success. StarSat 650 can not receive key Irdeto 2 Is there a solution

you can use latest version (ver377)
for support irdeto2
but may be you can not open bulsatcom on this receiver
