But I have not managed to solve the problem.
have StarSat 650cl super software version 2.1.369 and Softcom you like one but Bulsatcom / Polaris (39 ° E) is still locked. if you suggest other software and version. and you mention that when manual insertion in Irdeto there is no format codes 060 400 2004 F7A4ED1FB8B48D720F5C779CDFA55FDD but only this format with eight digits and not with sixteen 02 6A080FD5A859F9F6.

Based on the tests I made with all the software installed on the company website StarSat http://satdw.com/viewdownloads.asp?name=2-SR-X650CI&main=group3 and using Softcom posted on this forum come to the conclusion that really StarSat 650 can not unlock Bulsatcom / Polaris (39 ° E). so please if anyone has any solution to help me. Thank in advance.
