hard disk problem with dm500HD

I bought external esata harddisk apacer my dm500hd running under newenigem2 recognized it directly but I have had first to foramat it and to do filesystem chek everything was ok but now when I connect it to my pc windows doesn't recognize its formaat so I must to format it again 500hd doesn't recognize it again so everytime I have to format it

The dreambox Formats your hdd as Ext2 Thats why windows wont see it until you format it to windows format...

If you want to read the drive on both pc and the dreambox then you will need to install Linux on your pc........

Or install a system tool that will read Linux formated drives on windows....
