Hello everybody,
I have a GN-OTT 750 4K EVO ALLURE from 2 months with the last firmware (3.4.4).
When i put it on stand by and i switch it on after several hours, OK button on remote control does not display the channels list anymore.
I must restart it to have the channels list again.
Very strange.
I have tested previous firmware versions but i have the same problem.
If someone knows this problem and/or have a solution.
Thanks for your help.

Running 3.4.1 , not updated as have all I need ('Forever'(y)(y)etc) and running with no problems. The only thing I have heard from other users is that a battery change in the remote sometimes cures erratic command problems.
Sorry I cannot help more.
If you find a cure please advise us here as it may help others , thanks and good luck.

After several tests, i have found the problem.
When i switch on the receiver, the TV (a Samsung OLED) automatically switch on. In this case i can't display the channels list.
When i switch on the TV before the receiver, i can display the channels list.
I think the reason is when the receiver activate the TV, the TV send an signal to the receiver that disturb it.

Thanks for your answer.
HDMI CEC is not activated (off) and yet the receiver activate the TV.
Maybe a bug in the firmware.

I have another problem with my IPTV.
I use Apollo with F.TV.
The videos jerk and F.TV is often buffering. I have yet a good internet connection (800 MBytes / s).
Does anyone use F.TV with the GN-OTT 750 4K EVO ALLURE receiver and had the same problem ?
Thanks for your help.

Hi, yes I have Samsung 8000 series and even if the correct HDMI connection is selected sometimes it is necessary to select again the same HDMI.....always works so no great problem.
Same event happens at times with the Octagon, GT Media, Dreambox receivers etc so imagine possible quirk with the tv.:devilish:

I had exactly the same issue when I used a Loewe TV some years ago.
It occurred with every satellite receiver.
No problem with my actual LG.
