fox movies on nilesat pls help

can anyone help me out here, i have a humax decoder
and i have the fox movies channel, but a few weeks ago this channel dissapeared and turned into a test channel, i knew that the have changed the frequency, can anyone tell mehow to get it back, giving me a step by step guide

Delete networks.....
Manually pin in frequencies and scan....
