This satellite is receivable in the UK subject to location and line of sight to it.
Confirmed elsewhere by one of the very top men on the UK dx scene.

It is very low in the sky so an elevated location for a dish is required as a ground mounted dish has a high chance of buildings/trees obscuring the line of sight.
'ere in leafy Surrey the elevation to the satellite is approximately 3.3 degrees, a PF dish would be almost vertical.

I got no chance of receiving 70.5E unless I strap a dish onto a trailer or in a suitable sized vehicle alongside a generator and drive down to the sarf coast to somewhere suitable.
Thinking about it, that's not difficult to do, a small 1.5m dish should do the job for Ku-Band. All I need is a generator and a suitable vehicle.

From looking at their Twitter I've been able to determine that they have the rights to show Bangladesh vs New Zealand ODI series Cricket and British Open Snooker Championship.

No sign of any footy.
It has football rights. This photo of yesterday broadcast a match in the English Premier League. The photo is from an Iraqi friend
