hi all,
this is my 1st post so be gentle with me lol.
i have a dreambox dm800 pvr which is showing the error as in the title,any help would be grateful. i have read a few posts but up till now i haven't succeeded in resolving this issue.

Have you tried the Japher flasher which is a patched version of dreamup ?

You need a null modem cable and Ethernet cable attached for it to be effective.

It's just easy to fix it mate. recover SSL with dreamup, after that flash new image match to your SSL. Just dont clone box online mate
