I can't start Oscam in 0.9.1
I get this error:
Code: 
2010/03/07 18:59:09    834 r02 ERROR opening device /dev/sci0
2010/03/07 18:59:09    834 r02 Cannot open device: /dev/sci0
Does anyone have the same problem?

Check if the drivers for card readers are loaded.
lsmod | grep sci-ng.ko,
if not, check if the file exist in /lib/modules and load it - insmod /lib/modules/sci-ng.ko
If not install it from here http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=164582

BTW The EPG bug is NOT fixed - epg shows up only on 2-3 channles in the list. I wonder why Tideglo have to fix something messed up by his team before - the epg worked just fine 'til 0.7.6

Can we use the manager from 0.8.5 ver 0.2 or not?

no success ,still the same problem.
Indeed ,the sci-ng.ko was not in lib/modules.
I have installed the drivers from the link you posted ,but no change.
E2 ,from version 0.8 comes allready with cardrivers installed .
Don't know why doesn't start my reader.

you can, but you will have often crush of enigma2. I dont recommende it. Need to change for Linux 2.3
