Echolink 3030 CR USB space full

Pls I need help. My Echolink 3030 cr usb is giving me a message any time I tried Auto scan or transponder scan, space is full. I deleted all the channels and it is still giving me the message space is full. What should I do.

Factry default your riciver and clean with sotware cleaner and then upgrade yuor riciver wiyh the latest software
