E2 skin Elgato-HD-AR for PKT and HDMU

adapted for ipbox/cuberevo/PKT Enigma2: Arken

1. Added extra converters compatible with PKT Nebula v.3
2. Added to infobar: active encr. system, provider name
3. Various compatibility fixes for PKT Nebula v.3 image

Install notes:
Unrar, copy to enigma2 filesystem (/tmp) and install with 'opkg install e2-skin-name.ipk', or from PKTpanel

tested with PKT Nebula v.3 Enigma2, ipbox 900/ipbox 9000

For HDMU E2. Added provider name, sat. orbital position, sat. name to infobar. Keeping it clean and simple.
