DVB Viewer Pro Not Working

I recently purchased a license and downloaded a copy of DVB Viewer from DVBViewer.com and installed it and after finishing the installation and entered my Username and password + the key I started the program for the first time and was greeted with a message. The message was"User Data error 232lease use Keytool.exe to enter the correct data.
I found the key tool and entered the correct supplied data and its still no good.
I shut off the Virus program and any other program as recommended by DVB Viewer and its still no good.
I emailed them for the second time for help and they never bothered to reply to my email. So much for doing the right thing.
Can someone on this forum recommend me a version of DVB Viewer on this site that has been hacked and I can successfully install it, use it either without username/password/keys or use my Username/password/key combo. I possibly suspect that my credentials sent to me by DVB Viewer could possible be wrong thus the problem.

you should not enter pass/key, run keytool.exe and in it open the xxx.dvbvkey file you should have become via email, thats all ...

I accessed DVB Viewer folder in program files area, found Keytool.exe, clicked on it, a window opened. I clicked the top option I think It was the key file. It allowed me to search my computer to find the 16 character key file, I added it, It automatically added my User Name(email Address) Password (16 characters with hyphens in between 4 characters)entered it, It replied that it was successful, Tried to start DVB Viewer and i'm greeted by the message : User Data error 232: Please use key tool.exe to enter the correct data.
Please note that my Username and password are automatically added to the Keytool.exe. Is this because it was added before and has been cached in the computers memory?

look if the dvbvkey file is saved in c/ programmfiles (x86) / commonfiles / dvbviewer shared

if yes open this with keytool.exe

if not, copy the file into this folder

You have to download the original DVB viewer PRO. Installation and inserting the key and the xxxxxx.dvbkey ingredients ... must be correct Checksum. Then downloads the data into the program from the server.

just for test i tried d/loading latest Prog DVB this morning currently im running old version ProgDvb 6.5.1 which can be very unstable and crash quite a lot but it has PID Recorder option which i need to record crypt8's

but there is no PID Recoder on the most recent versions that i can see i believe unless i have to pay to make it legit PRO version is that correct ??

This is exactly what I have done. It was found in program files (X86)I have done everything as required but its still no good.
(PS I'm using win 7 64 bit)

When I purchased it I received a email with what to do including the download link plus credentials. I download the correct DVB Viewer Pro and installed it with all the extras "eg" transedit so on, so on, but it does not work as it brings that above message up.

YES! the checksum is correct as it matches the one in the email given to me by DBV Viewer

The amount of time I have spent trying to get DVB Viewer Legally working is not on. I did the right thing and this is how I get paid back for buying Legal right to download their software.
So guys if the losers from DVB Viewer have not got the decency of even sending me a reply email to my second where I was very polite and asking for help then they can go to hell.
Can I get a version of DVB Viewer without going through all this rubbish that I have already gone through if not I will just have to forget the word DVB Viewer.

I followed the path as above EXACTLY and yes the key is in there. I also re run the tool in this DVB Viewer Shared folder started and run the tool and still no go, I rebooted the computer and still no go.

I removed the TBS 6982 sat card and installed it into my backup computer. I installed DVB Viewer and the installation was faultless, I clicked to start DVB Viewer and the same problem arrived as in the main computer.
The same message User Data error 232: Please use Keytool.exe to enter the correct data

I asked DVB Viewer for another set of credentials as to what is stated on their forum and I'm still waiting.
