Dreambox DM800 HD receiver - Replacement Motherboard

Hi everyone ,

Hope I can get some help or direction on this issue.

I unfortunately appear to have run in to some hardware problems with my Dreambox DM800 HD receiver.

What I thought was going to be a simple fan replacement issue, has revealed a possible underlying problem with the receivers' motherboard.

When attempting to boot-up the receiver after replacing the fan, an 'Error' message appeared on the small screen of the receiver, and the power light flashed red.

Could someone please advise me where I may obtain a new or quality refurbished motherboard and fan?

Make sure the sim card is sat correctly!
Try booting the DM800 with your finger pushing down on the sim holder as sometimes they can work themselves loose from the housing!
If all else fails try a new image!
