Dreambox and cubsat

Hello guys,

I really need help on this one.

I live in the center of Europe,... yeah, or probably in the third world called Bruxelles and I don't have VDSL unlimited connection possible because:

1. Belgacom doesn't provide VDSL2 in the address I live.
2. All other operators passing via this technology depend on Belgacom
3. Cable solutions such as TELENET squeeze connections if you bypass 250 Gb.

So, in conslusion I can't have for example TV via IP TV, because HD stream will freeze and have unstability issues.

I'm particulary interested in having albanian channels (such as super sport HD...) via a satellite... but before I buy their digitalb box, i'd like to know if Cubsat will be OK as a solution to have channels?

I'm sick of Belgacom and Belgium... they are completely out of space and primitive. They don't even have VDSL in center of Bruxelles. :(

id say if you want reliable reception then go with an official box and sub as although other boxs might do what you want it can and does change overnight. its shocking that a major european city like bruxelles doesnt have a stable internet connection, regards mdt

Mdt,

Thanks a lot for your answer.

That's a wise advise of yours.

I was thinking too for an official box as well, but there again they're provided via third-party resellers such as www.tivo.tv or ATN's ip tv (www.digitalb.se). These guys aren't even able to explain on what bandwidth in real time is their stb broadcasting. They even confuse MBps with Mbps.

If I go for a Satellite (no-iptv) solution, should I buy a BIG satellite for Eutelsat 16 A ?
