Update

Changelog until 06.03.2017

- update DVB-USB Panel to v2.1 (removed blue button, usb tuner is active at startup)
(do not attack DVB-USB Stick at startup, install driver from DVB-USB Panel, then restart after installation, after booting up attack DVB-USB Stick and then only restart enigma2 -> tuner is active and in use)
- add default settings
- update bootlogo
