Does softcam work?

Hi all. I use a Vantage 7100, firmware 2.46. I upload the softcam key through usb stick, but nothing seems open. I have also used Vantage maker. What am I doing wrong?

Channels that are supposed to open, like C+ NL on Astra or Nova Cy (new entry) on Hotbird. thanks
