Yes that is my opinion too. DMM never had CI+ license. Ill keep it with my VU+ Ultimo unless the new owner of dream property will access a license.

how to change a locality in the OAWeather plugin? the plugin does not respond to the menu button, and I do not need the weather in Hamburg)))) I installed WeatherPlugin from the feed and set up my grod, but in the skin CinoGriPLiFHD pulls the weather from OAWeather. when I delete it, the weather is displayed in the skin.

Didn't you ask to link the skin back to the old (MSN)Weather plugin as it was by default?

I prefer to keep such things out of the image.
You can download the plugin from the feed and add your own portals.

I can add my old unmaintained channel list in the next builds. But many streams will have changed in the meantime.
It's too much work to maintain it. I'm not retired yet. I work in shifts and don't have the time to update everything.

Note:
Most plugins can be found on the image feed.
Also e2channel lists with streams from hans and ciefp and others.

Menu button to change Weather location has been fixed.
You can choose from 2 Weather plugins (to use for skins)

- OAweather plugin (not many skins use it yet)
or
- MSNWeather plugin (same as OAweather but all renamed to MSNWeather)

(to use for CinoGriPLiFHD skin and others = download: enigma2-plugin-extensions-weatherplugin from feed)

How do you install the image?
Installing from another open image works with some images, but with BA it is best that you install it from a dreamOS flashed image.

It has to be on your side. I just installed image again and had no problem with installation and booting.

Yes, Barry Allen....it is the 920 and from the 900 clone that I can put the image in my originals.

Then the kernel bootloader is no longer 100% on your box, which is what you get when you install some openimages in flash memory.
They usually contain a kernel.bin file and installs it.
It 's not present in my image to overwrite yours. It uses the one from your box.

I have installed the openimage in flash without any problem. It installs and starts as it should.

You can fix your box with the zImage-rescue file or an original dreamOS image first.


The best solution is to flash a dreamOS image first. Then try again with the open image.
