so the tunner is not damaged?
It works sometimes and sometimes not.
For example in morning till evening it's ok but in next morning SNR: 0% . What could be the problem?!

I've also had a loose tuner problem. I had to push it "Down" to get it in right.

You know if it's fitted correctly because it gives off a "green light" which you can see looking down from above. You don't need to take the top off the box - if you can see the green light the tuner card is fitted okay.

If my tuner card is not in correctly - under "tuner configuration" I get nothing - instead of "Tuner A: BCM4505 (DVD-S2)".

If you get a blank screen under "tuner configuration" and there is no green light - sounds like a loose tuner card.

If not that - it would be a good idea to plug any old digibox in (e.g. freeview) just to see if that picks up any signal. If not - the problem is not your box and you know where to direct your attention.

Solved.
Tunner was loose . I pushed it back and fixed it very well with the lid. Ehmm, chinnese products, what you could wait good from them. Thank you so much guys.
Regards.
