I used the first file you mention and it works fine on my card.
Took quite a while to update and had to restart box before anything cleared....
Restart is needed due to new provider ID that was send to your card e.g.:
When you insert card in box, serial numbers are as follows:
serial number: 123456
Provider id00: 000001
After you put card in box (usually after 12-24 hours depending on number of active cards), card receives update based on serial number and following change occurs:
serial number: 123456
Provider id00: 102030
The card changes id00 and receives new key that belongs to group 102030.
As the box is not informed about update, box is still sending updates to id00: 000001
In order to get correct updates it is necessary to reinsert card or restart box.
After that Box will be informed about correct new id00 and will send to card correct updates.
The good thing about it that cards starts to work in only few minutes. This issue is occurring with original cards in non official boxes.
So in order to make things work do following:
insert card and leave it over the night on coded channel
next morning reinsert card or restart box
wait aprox 5-10 minutes if the channels does not open your subscription or card it self is not valid.
