Just checked my friend , he got a feed last week in that position North Tunisia , 220CMYes because it is on Northern beam that cover Central Europe too.
While Russian beam (the one of the feed) is more restricted

Outside beam with big dish it's another story.
55E has a Russian beam and can't be catched in western europe.
But respect to restricted beam, it can be received in eastern Europe too

Very strange yun posted the feed at 12560v than the correct 12564V.
He usually is very accurate and it's one of the few who usually posts correct polarity for C-Band feeds at 3°E and 10°E
Possibly because he's one of the few who doesn't post the usual facebook copy/past
So I don't know if he did a small mistake or he has on old soviet lnb for 55E that didn't work anymore very well with time

Yes u are right , best thing is big dish with C/KUOutside beam with big dish it's another story.
There are forums where often feed hunter can get extra beam with bigger dish, still for few seconds
It's the same for 28E uk beam in south europe
He mean that U are at the limit of beam so u are luck to catch those feeds , try 40East also if possible u so yun posted some

Sorry my Friend i thought this was already regular TVP Feed/s , since i saw on Friday and Saturday TVP has been testing on 16E
You're right, my friend, there were already and still are transmissions from 16E but for TVN24.

Posted as fifa event (it's a portugese typical uplink), but I'm sure venue is an African one - but I can't recognize it.
Feed now left, maybe it was only a test for tomorrow or for the following days.
