Yes, sincerly I didn't aspect such feed at 23°E, but at 7°E, as usual (I'm a bit rusty with this months of absence )
Signal is strong, but maybe unfortunatly Middle East and african friends could have problem with this satellite, that's basically an european one

Im giving myself hope for the feed to appear on 7e as well hahah but sadly its not
How unlucky it is on 23.5e whose feeds are impossible for arab world

Won't appear because it's not for World Countries .. just for some channels

I don't think it's because it's not a world feed, but simply because reference satellites for UK uplink are usually 28°E,1W,23.5E, 3W and so on...
If feed was from France or Italy it would have got other satellites
