Diablo key or TPS

Could any one be kind enough to explain how to program diablo+CAS3, with the TPS bin, do you put the diablo key and the tps bin in the CAM or do you remove diablo key and just put the TPS bin in CAM instead?
I have put both but none of the TPS are openned.

if you have stealth 1.89 on diablo..... simply go to M6 Music Black (maybe reset the CAM) and wait a few seconds. with stealth 1.89 you don´t have to use tps.bin.

Thank you, I have tried it but still no good, none of the tps, even with todays new keys won't open, also on the premier the original sound won't work just the german sound works , is it that I may be donig somthing wrong?
I have diablo with 1.89, keys.bin TPSkeys for diablo, on it in the Echostar 3000v, anything could help me get it going?
