couldnt open the file

hi, i just downloaded tm1500 software for patch, i couldnt open the file, can you anyone help me how can i open the fles and dowload. thank you.

when asking a question like this ,it helps to put a lot more info .of what uv been trying to do ,as theres a lot involved,

hi tommy
you need to unzip or unrar the file
you then need to open the loader prog on your computer
next you need to couple your comp to your 1500ci
click on browse in loader and find your patch
auto detect your com port
then click on connect
let the new files load onto 1500ci
it will then clear some old files, wait for the loader to finish
then power down your 1500ci,wait a moment then power back up again and enjoy.

ps use a null modem cable between computer and sat box
