Constant "tune failed"on qboxhd?

Having tried lot of reading and testing I always face the tune failed and no signal on snr.if sometimes the signal comes it doesn't last more than seconds!
-changed disec switch
-put receiver direct to lnb
-tried oldest and newest images
-scanned satellites,Nothing!!
Is it a tuner problem(a Sharp conexant CX 26114 dvb-s2)?
Any help?thanks

Hello excuse my English but I use google to translate.

I had the same problem and your own tuner, I sent the receiver under warranty and they replaced the tuners with a Sharp Avlink and now everything is ok.

After a year, I had the same problem. Do not change image so often because the new image has other settings. If you do not find image compatible with the receiver change (if you know) the position of the tuner(from A to B or C )
