Command Receiver

I buy a Vu+SoloSe Today and I try all images for this
receiver. (not BH ) and they work.
But when I changed SKIN, the command does not work
Sometimes not at all, sometimes work 2 or 3 channels
each time.
Can you tell me what is the problem. The receiver was
changed yet and the problem is the same.
I had more than 100 receivers and this is the 1º time
that this happened.

REMOTE CONTROL for Vu+SOLOSE

I just find something.
The new images come with " ANIMATION " in ON
We must put in OFF
The remote runs better but not very GOOD....

I think this:
All these receivers have in motherbord a "chip" ANIMATION
Even when we put the ANIMATION in OFF it mantains in memory
If we took off this plugin,it is worth and the ANIMATION is ON
Conclusion. We can work with only the originals SKINS.
With others in the plugins, dont work.
Can someone confirm this ?
