Hi
I have some problems with connecting my windows 7 machine to my Vu+ duo via cifs. I use the "black hole mount wizard". And the Dream Elite image.
The thing I want; is to see my shared files on my computer, so I can stream my movies, music etc. on my vu+.
I have got everything working on my macbook pro. I can see all my shared folders on it. But not in windows.
Just to correct me: I have created of folder on the root of my C drive named "shared".
Then in the Dream elite mount point wizard i write under "server share directory" i write c:/shared. I have also tried /shared and only a / and with a big c like C:/shared
- and then set the "local directory" to default.
- and then type in my username and password for my windows pc.
I have also typed in the correct ip adress, cause i can connect to my pc through my Macbook pro.
But then there comes an error in the dream elite mount point wizzard:
mount: //192.168.2.3c: unknown host
mount: nfsmount failed: Success
Mount: mounting //192.168.2.3c:/shared on /media/net failed: Invalid argument
Command performed!!
Anyone who can help me with this big problem I have?
