channels missing

hi guys i have just done a rescan of sats and some channels are missing is this normal and will they come back on its just showing as n/a

Check lnb setting is correct . e.g 9750 / 10600 . Ive been caught out with box defaulting .Otherwise reboot box and try scan again . Hope this helps .
