Channel doesn't clear

I have a SIlvercrest ssr 1080 A1(lidl) and I am using a n+ card from Poland and Seca cam,I can clear all channels except c+sports2 which is dvb-s2 others are dvb-s cannot change settings as they are fixed no upgrade available for box .is it possible to view this channel using different cam or do I need new box?
