Can't load patch for TM-5402

I have a TM-5402 HD receiver.

I have tried several different patch versions, but every time I select the patch, I get a message "NOT compatible to your STB ... Writing failed" ... I tried a factory reset and then tried to load again, but no luck.

What should I do?

The exact model as written on the box is is TM-5402 HD M2 CI Super+

thats beacouse its a new box and there are to types of vergin

you got to use the M2 one m8
