Cannot open ports 12000 etc for dreambox

I heard that to make a c:line or to share your local card I need open a listen port 12000 or any other port for dreambox ip but with NO success!
I can only open port 80 - 8080 apart from that everything else is not working?
My router is a virgin superhub2. I also have a belkin n router did try that too but still no joy?

Any idea?

Belkin Router is the easiest router in the world to open ports with i really am not exactly sure how you did Not manage to open a port ??

I 've seen the video man thank you but just not sure what Im doing wrong!!! When you open a port do I add dreambox ip or my home pc im using?

Problem solved.
The reason being was that my cccam wasn't my defult cccam as I using oscam as defult to open my local tring card.
