French newspaper Les Echos today reports that competition authority Conseil de la concurrence has started investigations into the carriage contracts of CanalSat with thematic channels in their bouquets. Last year the Groupe AB filed a complaint after the operator denied access to some of their IPTV services. Also last year, Fox Life was dropped from the CanalSat bouquet. Following the merger of Canal+ and TPS there now is only one main packager of channels, CanalSat.
