Canal Digitaal on CT-5000

Why does Canal digitaal not work on my CT-5000?I've tried different softwares,softcams and did a factory reset of the box.Didn't work.Still got encrypted channel?What is wrong?

Firmware is not compatible for Canal Digitaal.
