Pues si This is how use my c line in oscam. I use dreambox control centar, use ftp and go to var/oscam/conf and edit oscam.server like this. You must find this line:
## example remote CCC server
[reader]
enable = 1
label = remote_ccc
protocol = cccam
device = cut by ig0r :nana:
cccversion = 2.0.11
ccbuild = 6789
cccmaxhop = 5
account = user1,passwd1
group = 1
and just change this parameters with yours and save it. Works for me. If doesn't work go to Qbox softpanel and restart oscam then must work.
