Bride opts for green wedding
A bride changed her white wedding into a green one.
Jessica Randall, 24, married youth worker Joe Carrick, 26, in an Oxfam dress while holding a bouquet from her mum's garden.
Jessica from Keighley, West Yorkshire decided on the green wedding after seeing poverty on a visit to Tanzania, reports the Mirror.
The couple sent invitations on recycled paper. They also made sure all the food and wine at the reception was fair trade and that their car was from a company that offsets its emissions.
Speaking after the wedding Jessica said: "It wasn't at all hair-shirt, just ecologically friendly."
