I dont know why but my sim2 dm800 does not seem to like ramiMaher black hole
Images

It always get stuck at booting

Just installed image in flash and it wont boot I have been waiting for 10 minutes

and nothing.......:mad:

Ps I tried with both links to image but results the same stuck at booting...

A little update manage to boot after flashing 10 times Installed sat list

now If I plug in my wlan stick and externtal usb hdd

image stuck at booting

As anyone installed in flash ????

Would like to know your results

I also found is very very slow in booting

@Marcin0I install this image in flash on my dm800 everything is working perfect.

PS: display work .

S... then my simbox does not like
ramiMaher blackhole question did u flash it with internet explorer???/

I ask you because I use a mac to flash images

do you have a pendrive in usb
and a hard drive installed
if so are they working ok now you have installed this image

the reason for my question is that i have installed
Sat4fun-Dreamelite-BlackHole_PHOENIX_DM800HD-SIM2-SSL84.nfi
and i am having problems with my pendrive and hard drive
i keep getting green screens of death when i try install anything
the channel lists and picons do not go onto the pendrive
everything seems to into the image and now is low on memory

if yours works well i may install your image

I have the same problem. I installed this image in flash and I wait a long time and my box doesn't boot.
I unplugged the USB wifi key and also the USB tuner and after my DM800 clone booted correctly.
I tried to plug the wifi key and immediatly the image freeze.
Another thing I am not able to install Meoboot or Barry-Allen with this image in flash.
The display is working fine.

Before I install this image in flash, I installed it in External disk with Meoboot and I got my wifi key supported and working fine.
The display LCD not works in external for me.

Hi, i hew pen-drive on USB work good .
I don't hew HDD.

PS: I install this image only for test , I back too my favorite image Open PLi 2.1

I like open pli too but cannot get wifi working
So now using modded openblackhole ferrari on sim 2.01

What is the best method to take a backup (to USB) of this image? I tried to use the TSPanel 4.1 SIM2 backup and gave up after 1 Hour. I note there is a backup script in /usr/bin but that is going very slow as well.

I realize this is a heavily patched image but there must be a good way to take a backup?
