hi! i have a Bigsat DSR6500 prima and i buy a nullmodem cable 9p mother/mother... i conect the STB to PC butit dose not connect!
the Buddrates is 11520[bsp]
is on COM1
i use Upgrade 1.0.7...
channel editor 1.0.7...
anyone can help me!!!

first verify that the computer(COM1) has no malfunction

2.Must be cabel connecting computers and receiver as follows

3.Is important must have electricity in effective in your receiver during the communication


If these things ok the upgrade will be easy

ok. i tiyed that!..i switch the 2-3... like a crossover on lan cable...
in picture i see just 3 wire...red withe and blue...
my cable on pin 2-3 have red and bright brown.(i think is no ptoblem.. is the same wire....)..
or.. i have to cut all thw wire and live just those 3..??

the cabel if it is not a problem that I think you have a problem in (COM).We therefore need to reform the technical problem

a.... when in connect..down in right corner on the screen..sopose to show..cose is connected??(like u connect an UBS port?

m8 I think t you have a technical problem and not loader
As long alcabel not say that the problem we are facing here should either be incomplete copy of Windows and that the installation of new windows, or you have a problem in COM

OR
Buy pieces (USB RS232 CABLE)to work through which contact with your receiver.

iesterday i buy a cable.. special fot SAT recivers... and is not wirking,,, tooday i made a cable just with 3 wire.. 2-3 3-2 5-5..and is not working..
the com1 irq is set on 4 com2 is 3 etc...
i was looking for a bigsat dsr 650 prima (user)MANUAL..i did not find it..
can anybody help me?

Today I have downloaded software to my STB using nullmodem cabel. After few minutes I made another try to chek another software, but now downloader completely lost the connection with receiver! I dont know what could happen. I have tried on other compyuter - but still same problem - No answer from receiver. Anyone knows sollutions? Thanks beforehand
