Personally, I would not consider an SR of 30000 to be big, as indicated by @barney115 this size of SR would be expected for a feed mux.
If the O/P is interested in BIG SR then perhaps they should look at some of the EBU Hypermuxes that use SR of 70000.

yess i see on 19E a hypermuxx must have. sr cannot catching ,but maybe others!
frq is 11873 H on 19°E after inserting correct frq 11875 i see 10dB ,so must be a Hypermuxx my receiver can minimum SR=120000

iam not spam. only point is when Provider use VIDEOorAUDIO stream-unenc. so like RUSSIA uses on Division1-Russia most
but here i have this ALGO
but not on "Africa"-"CAF when there not using audio-crypt
i think provider see when not give all videoandaudio-enc, that cannot find key.
