Just a thought this.

Maybe the flash image needs to be more recent ?

Possible kernel etc not matching could be a issue.

I tried to use new Dream-Elite-4.0-dm800se-ramiMAHER-2 . I have also tried merlin but the result is same

in flash: oozoon or nn2 image
the same problem
is does not flash to meoboot

Exchange the nfidump which is located here

/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/MeoBoot/contrib

and use the attached one (Rights 755):

Now is meoboot working again (Tested on meoboot-dm800se-2.0.3)

Thanks Jasper but unfortunately I could not get it to work on TSimage. The program works and it install the image but it will not reboot to new installed image. It reboots to original image.

Which image do you want to have on USB?
Original or already patched image on USB?
Which meoboot version are you using?

I have tsimage 3.0 by rami as flash. I have tried several of the patched images. I shall try with your set up
