The list of channels on 15.0W is slightly different to that on 27.5W.

But for me the following two are working on 27.5W but not on 15.0W:
BBC Red Button
BBC ONE NE&C HD

Anybody can confirm?

It depends on which RB you watching, but 15W and 27W are the same

NE&C HD it's identical to the main version even during regional blocks, so you're not missing anything, here too, 15W and 27W are the same

Thanks for the reply. How am I opening 15.0W? That's a good question.

I've been opening 27.5W for years with data blindly copied from previous receivers. I see that I have oscam.dvbapi and lamedb entries which may be mutually exclusive having only recently read EnoSat's posts on the 27.5W thread.

When I scanned in 15.0W, most channels 'just opened' apart from the two I mentioned. I noticed that there was no oscam.dvbapi entry for BBC ONE NE&C HD so I added one and, bingo, that now opens.

I still can't open BBC Red Button however at 15.0W. In oscam.dvbapi, I have:
A:::1140:0a8c::: 2600:000000:1FFF # BBC Red Button

and in lamedb, from scanning:
1140:0d7aab23:1000:0001:1:0:0
BBC Red Button
p:BBC,c:031fff

The 'p:' line doesn't look quite right to me. I've tried various 'c00....' and 'c01....' values but nothing seems to work.

I don't think it's a key problem as Oscam log seems happy. Unless it's a different key of course.

So what am I doing wrong?

Because only BBC RB1 actually broadcasts both video and audio, but using the parameters c and f, you can force content for the BBC Red Button as well, although it only actually broadcasts HbbTV

I've scanned these channels in last night on qviart dual 2 box. Has anyone got these working on E2 and if so what did you do? Or Is this the same as 27w where lots of files have to be altered?
