bbc channels at 27W DOWN? service error?

more then 2 days, show service error on all bbc channels att 27W.
intresting, why?
i get this problem with stv hd / s4c/utv hd channels ,but now with all channels

signal is OK but wrong key - let's wait and see if the key will be available soon !

yes, i know now. but interesting is that, is showing service error, mostly shows scrambled channel if key is wrong hehe
