AZBox Enigma 2. How to obtain Pids for use with feeds?

Hello

I'm trying to understand the various different Pids shown in Enigma 2 info screen 2, in order to obtain the correct ones so as to use with CW for a feed.

Take BBC One 28.2E for example, Enigma shows...

BSkyB DVB-S 10773 H 22000 5/6 QPSK 28.2E
S V I Nd Co Cw B N FTA:0000:0000:189d:0000
Pids:5000:5001:5000:06301 MPEG2 720x5760

Using King Of Sat, I THINK SID=06301 and VPID=5000, but what do the rest relate to please?

Once I have all the necessary info I then need to include in file, but which file to use I'm unsure of, either SoftCam.Key, constant.cw or both? Ideally I'd like to use CCCam, in which case I think I need to include in constant.cw, but that creates another problem as CW is 16 digits where as constant.cw requires 32 digits.

I'm using CW as test from here http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=249622

It could well be dead now, but I still need to work out how to obtain the correct PID's using Enigma 2, and then how to enter that info in the correct format into correct file (SoftCam.Key, constant.cw, or both).

Here is info from that feed as shown by Enigma 2...

DVB-S 11018 H 15000 3/4 QPSK 10.0E
S V I Nd Co Cw B N Bi Biss:2600:00e4:0001:1fff
Pids:0512:0650:0256:00001 MPEG4 0x00

Can someone please give me an example how this should be entered into both SoftCam.Key and constant.cw please?

My best guess for SoftCam.Key is...

F 00010256 00 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ; Feed test (10.0E)

Or

F 00011FFF 00 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ; Feed test (10.0E)

...but I have no idea how to enter into constant.cw due to the double amount of digits AND have no idea of feed's PMT value.

Thank you

A good opportunity Azbox device. Displays the parameters, as well as full *. ts records.

Somewhat problematic Cccam & constant.cw

Azbox device for biss scrambled "oscam ymod" it is better to use. /usr/tuxbox/oscam.keys

Azbox has nothig to do with issues you might encounter with emu's.. emu's are MIPS compiled for E2, thus not receiver dependant.

As far as B*SS encryption is concerned, use:
constant.cw for CCc*m
SoftCam.Key for Mgc*md

The easiest way to find the relevant info in E2 is:
Menu > Information > Service > PIDs (Green button)

Make sure to place your key line in at the top of constant.cw file due to a poor handling of B*SS decryption by CCc*m.

Key-line example for CCc*m (constant.cw):

2600:000000:0003:1004:1FFF::15 xx xx xx xx xx xx F5 15 xx xx xx xx xx xx F5 ; MGM Middle East (010.0E)

0003 = SID (hex)
1004 = Video PID
15 xx xx xx xx xx xx F5 = B*SS Key, repeated twice!
; = after this symbol you can write anything as a comment

Big thanks guys, makes perfect sense now. Can't believe I didn't see that 'Information' menu before. Sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees! :)

So still testing with feed and CW here http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=249622

...but I still can't clear it. I believe the SID=0001 & Video PID=0200 (or is it 0512?). In constant.cw I have..

2600:000000:0001:0200:1FFF::** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **

If some one can test please and confirm it's clearing, that would be a great help. OR if you know of a feed with CW currently clearing I could test, that would be great also. I just need to clear something so I know my inputting of data is correct.

Hi serkanguzel.

Thought I'd give Oscam ymod a try.

I've downloaded e2-oscam-ymodv18-t39.tar.tgz, uncompressed and copied the following....

/urs/bin/oscam
/urs/script/oscam_cam.sh
/urs/script/oscam-fl_cam.sh
/urs/tuxbox/oscam.keys

..but how do I select to use Oscam ymod on AZbox please? When I enter SoftCam/CL menu, Oscam ymod is not listed.

[EDIT] I solved this one, by following this post... http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=242130 ,although emus not clearing, so something is wrong.

If you read my previous post slowly, you might see the example I provided for a working feed.. the key is public.. why dontcha try it out?

Thank you for your post, it's very helpful and I did read very slowly many times, but it's not clearing, so I'm going wrong somewhere, but not sure where.

I'm running Cccam and have the following in my constant.cw (of course with CW replacing the **'s), and placed this line at the top of file as advised.

2600:000000:0001:0200:1FFF::54 ** ** ** ** ** ** 00 54 ** ** ** ** ** ** 00

Perhaps my SID or VPID is incorrect. Info shows VPID as 0x0200 (512d), so I also tried with 0512, but still no joy.

[EDIT]. Maybe after reading VERY SLOWLY again, I should try a different channel out perhaps. :rolleyes::D

[EDIT] Bingo bong! :clapping: :thum:
I can only assume the CW I was trying to use for the feed was dead. Big thank you.

It's not the VPID, it's the PMT (Program Map Table) you should insert in constant cw...

There are users that told me after inserting PMT in the place of VPID, they selected the ORTC channel first and only then switched to NBA TV Europe, it cleared out. Give it a try - this is ONLY for troubles with NBA TV channel.

I'm using SID+VPID for both, CCc*m and Mgc*md, and it works great, especially with Mgc*md.

Hi dvaljkovic.

How can I use BISS key with mgc*md please? Does it use the same constant.cw file?

Problem I'm having with CCc*m (running on E2) is that it will only read one active line, as if I have more than one active, nothing clears.
