The Return to Flight Mission of the Proton-M rocket has been delayed from its September 17 launch slot due to technical problems with the launch vehicle. Also, the Interfax news service reported that a launch delay was also requested by Kazakhstan due to unfinished decontamination work at the crash site of the July 2 Proton failure. A new launch date will be determined when repair work its complete; the current target is September 30, 2013.

before December start transmition if it launch end of September

If the transmission starts days before Christmas it could be a happy Christmas Present from Sky that all channels on 1N will be transferred on 2E UK Beam. This may bring some Eastern Europeans and beyond some anger days before Christmas.

Sky will start the normal to normal transmission in January 2014, they don't want to do the same problem that occured when 2D channels went to 1N. They don't want more Sky Customers complaining.

However SKY is beginning to duplicate some frequencies of their on 1N Bird. So this is a start. When 2E Comes in Service maybe in December, they will start to duplicate UK Channels such as ITV BBC etc on 2E UK Beam and by January the transmission on 1N Bird would be ended

However last year 1N was told to move to its suppose original spot in 19.2 East not late than April 2014. So this maybe a slow process
