Depends on what you need to do. I've installed them for 27.5w satellite - drop image on, update keys. Pretty straightforward. They are being replaced with the Edison Underline - New name - same hardware, same firmware.

does anyone know if gi mini plus can be used for bbc on intelsat 907,the remote is different to standard mini,how should l insert biss codes? thanks

Reviving this thread after 10 years. I’ve just returned to Portugal and noticed that the BBC Satback service has moved to 15W. I’ve located the BISS key but wonder if there‘s a patch available to receive this service?
