After true users who are able to get rsa keys from the uk cable cards UPC or VM

no scams as my mate was done over last month for £300 and no box or card returned

there is rules on the forum but these scammers see people pleading for help and even stating to pay money for help and then reply to the message stating they can help via Skype or whatever PM me and if these posts are seen they get deleted.

if anyone is so stupid to part with money and get ripped off then that's there fault, but what we don't like is it happening on here if we find out who the person he will be banned.
