Any Blind Scan that has LOOP and Sound Function.

I have two computers 1/ Win 7 64bit that has a TBS 6982 card in it and 2/ Win 10 64 bit that has a TBS 6904SE in it and both computers refuse to work correctly (Consistent Crashes) with DVB Dream . Now DVB Dream has the perfect Blind scan that allows you to Blind scan any transponder in LOOP Mode (goes around and around) and when It finds a new Transponder it gives a Sound Notification and can be loud depending on the speaker system you have It can be handy if you're in the Next room (if you are a feed hunter) but for me I can't rely on DVB Dream because it crashes so much and its very unreliable.

Trying to find any Blind Scan that has LOOP and Sound Notification on a NEW Transponder after you find the Original Transponders on any bird.

EBS Pro
So far that I have tried EBS Pro. BlindScan I does only one cycle of H and V making sounds after you tick the box on the top right (The Speaker). Yes only one cycle and it stops. Using RF where this has Loop Function and goes around and around but It does not have any Sound Notification.

Crazy Scan
Using Scan function (RF Scan) it scans both H and V and has a loop but no sound notification. In CrazyScan the blindscan function has no loop option so it only scans H and V once and has a sound notification. You can't win.


Can anyone recommend a program that does what I want? Blindscan function that LOOPS AND HAS A SOUND NOTIFICATION for a new transponder.

But does it has a Sound Notification when EBS Pro finds another NEW Transponder. See What I use to do with DVB Dream ( too many crashes, had enough of it) In DVB Dream I used to turn on Sound Notification and loop mode then turn my 50W speakers around 75% volume and do other things around the House or have a rest in the lounge room an when the Speakers give me that horrible sound it means a New Transponder was found then race back into the computer room as I don't want to sit in the Computer room just waiting, waiting waiting.
I will turn on my logging computer and see what I can find on EBS Pro.

I have done this, Repeated the same V and H that has a wider span compared to your ones and it seems to work ok Only 60 Scan Ranges of the same that takes 1Hr.6m to go through and that enough for me . I can add more if I want.
Started Firstly it found the Original Transponders, then another where EBS had a rest for a wile then found a new one 30 minutes on then another not copies of the original and in each case The Computer speakers told me so. It took me 1 hr and 6 minutes to complete the 60 ranges of the same parameters and finished with the EBS Pro Finished tone. YEAH !!!!! Will do more test. The way I did it is different from yours. May I say many,many THANKS!!!!

It worked 100% Yes EBS Pro working for 4 hours then the speakers went mad.

some times on special-cards and on various sats can hang receiver and dont goto other range ,so i can see which trouble is on! and can deactivate this for this card. D:

Sorry for the Late Reply. For me to start with I will keep it simple. I dont mind getting off the Lounge and restart it again 1 hour for each time as it keeps me off the screen and has less chance for me getting head ache.
One Day I might ask you your signature "i have not au-biss-receiver,but my own BISS-Crypt8-Server". I have my own Table that I made, swapped with others and made it larger but Its useless without a good C8. For me Cuda biss is too slow but If I can get the C8, Well that's different.

Once again I'm late replying
Will download TS Grabber and will practice on a known biss feed to see if I can get the C8. This is totally new with me, Will find out soon enough. Will practice on the Weekend and let you know how I go.

Could not help myself, Had to try it now on a feed that is BISS
I Tried it, Set Nothing in TS Grabber recorded in EBS Pro, then stop it at 2.00 Minutes dead, and the File size is 235MB 1312768 PKTS File name the Name of the Satellite and Frequency, Symbol Rate used. then I CLICKED PLAY FILE and a Windows media player come up (Is it right?) with the Sat and freq and S/R come on for 2 seconds then went off. Know doubt I'm missing something here.

What I did and Failed. (TS Grabber is in EBS Pro)

1/ Started EBS Pro, Stopped it so it does not go through the LOOP MODE. Then Selected one Frequency that has a BISS Feed, started that .
2/ Started TS GRABBER the exact same one like yours one above 8192 FULLTS
3/ Recorded 1.2 GIG around 11 minutes or recording
4/ Stopped it
5/ Then I pressed PLAY FILE.
6/ The Windows Media Player came up and in there it was the Name of the Satellite, Frequency of the BISS Transponder and the Symbol rate and other than after 5 Seconds it disappeared

7/ Where should I get the C8.? In that recoding, at the end where I only get the Satellite name and Frequency then it disappeared Or on EBS Pro in the LOG File or other or other

An Update
But the trouble is using EBS Pro behaves like the other programs I have used Example (Transedit) to grab me a stream where I have a large count NOT LOW count on CSA Rainbow Table because a low count will fail to give me a CW.
See EBS Pro or Transeditit works 90% on 9 out of 10 streams that give me a good C8 with plenty of Counts and good CW but on the 10th it fails the one I want (low Count) using CSA Rainbow Table tool to get the working CW.
I now have to use cudabiss method that works 99.9% but it slow to get the key.

You can speed up CudaBISS by using a better graphics card. An RTX 4090 card can run the full biss range in less than 5 hours.

Yes I can do it faster (CudaBiss) but even 3.8 hours is too long on the full range. One the other way the CSA Rainbow Table when you dont have a good C8 i pull my hair out and its frustrating to see Table is not big enough message.
I use 3 Computers (3X i7) with 2X RTX 3080ti and one RTX 3060ti with Win 7 64 bit. I scan 05 to ff. But I have noticed that using Win 10 its 20% faster than Win 7 64, interesting. One day I will change the third Computer to Win 10 but have to buy another sat card as the TBS 6982 does not like Win 10 at all and this is the reason why I have not changed to Win 10 on this Computer.

Ever since HappySat.org went down years ago I have one big issue and not doubt it will effect others.

Normally I uses CSA Rainbow table to get the key (have two tables) but what happens when you record at least 10 minutes, then try to get the C8 and the C8 is very poor as the count is very low and as you know a low count won't give you a CW.
What cause this? and is there a program available (if its a program problem) available that will give a good count C8 that I can use in my RBT Version 1 to give me a CW. As it stands I use Transedit and EBS Pro to capture the stream.
Outside this when I have the above issue I have to use Cudabiss and Cudabiss I get the key on either computer in minutes or 30 minutes or slighty later, or at the end of each 6 range. By the way, I have 6 ranges two for each computer balance to finish at the same time + and - 10 minutes. The RTX 3060ti slows the other two, maybe have to get RTX 3080ti as they are cheaper second hand compared to the 3090.

Your method of working is good.
The only improvements I can see would be:

1. For rainbow tools, create more v1 chains and add to your your v1 tables. I use v1 tables with over 1600 chains in each type of table.
2. For rainbow tools, record longer TS files, sometimes the uplink has the Crypt8 injected only periodically for a very short duration.
3. For CudaBISS, upgrade your GPU's to 3080Ti minimum and Windows O/S all to Win10.
4. For CudaBISS, upgrade your motherboards to models that use PCIe 4.0 for the GPU slots.
5. For CudaBISS, use the fastest RAM that your motherboard will support and as much of it that will fit.

Some of the options are more costly and time consuming than others.
It just depends on how much you need the CW in time for the feed event commencing.

1/ I might generate more of my chains as Colibra site has plenty of chains but the link is corrupted for me or being taken down.
2/ Interesting, The MAX record time I do is 10 minutes or just over. Some time I records only 6 Minutes but lately doing 10 minutes. What do you recommend the Max recording time should be to get the working C8?
3/ Second hand RTX 3080ti actually went up in price our way after they stop selling them new. Average price is $1000 to $1600 AU. Win 10 is faster than Win 7 and 7 fails here and there.
4/ Big Difference between PCIe 3 to 4. As it stands I have one PCIe 4.0, one PCIe 3 and one older i7 PCIe 2. If I had money to waist I would have 3 like my new Computer with PCIe 4.0 GPU and Motherboard, HDD M.2, RAM DDR 4.0 as much it will fit, Biggest Power supply but this is hobby that years ago using one computer it would have taken me 30 hours to get the key but now 3 computers to get 4.7 hours full range.

For me i'm not greedy. I would like to know the Max time of recording needed to get a working C8 if this is the main reason by not have a good strong C8 count.
