Annoying subtitles

I installed NLB r9341 for Cuberevo/9000HD last night and got mgcamd working with the latest Softkey.bin. However, after watching a channel opened by mgcamd, if I returned to any channel on 28.2E (BSkyB/Freesat) subtitles would turn on.

It was really annoying as after switching subtoitles off with the remote, it wouldn't remember my setting even after restart.

Has anybody else had this problem and have you found a way around it?

in the menu / language settings set the subtitle language to one the subtitles are not broadcast in, Russian usually works :thum:
