I had this problem...I changed back to older version of oscam #5560

Now I have ecm okay 99.1%

maybe you could try that

No problems reading JSC Via 4 card with dvbapi of Oscam 73xx
I just added these lines to oscam.dvbapi (since I use it on 13E)
I: 0603:000000
I: 0627:000000

Be sure to remove all others as the default can mess things up - same for other oscam files installed default with oscam

Could you post your oscam configurations for the viacess aljazeera sport card? At this moment the oscam read and receive the emms?

It does not read emms, its said from the begging. You need to use a client like mgcamd together with oscam, to read emms.
