Yes, these four that already are on the DTS (Direct to Sailor) C-Band positions (57E, 34.5W etc)

Not yet, no. Based on the information in this thread 9E satellite will not shut down.

Only certain channels belonging to the AFN package will be shut down in March of 2026.
That is in approximately 9 or 10 months time.

There are currently 8 AFN channels broadcasting in HD. Next year, around March 2026,
the service will be reduced and there will only be 4 AFN channels broadcasting in SD instead of HD.

I hope that clarifies things a bit.
